​Our team has been living in the area for long enough to have made a great connection with it. Not all of us have come from here but a lot of us have made it our home. Some of us were even born here, many moons ago! The point is this: we are geared towards making the community happy - engaging with the community. Why? The answer is simple. We have been falling in love with the community slowly over time, whether it is through our kids educational services, the culture, the food or the friends that we have here. There is no getting away from it, we are a Ponte Verda company and we exist to service the community. We like to think of things in this way because it motivates us every day. When we are performing a service it feels more like a privilege than a duty.
 
The team we have follows this ethos down to the detail. The way we maintain it is by cultivating an atmosphere of positivity, one that incentivises building great customer relationships.
